Headlight bulb replacement
 

Hi! I replaced the side marker light bulb, turn signal light bulb and headlight bulb on my 2007 HHR LS yesterday and I would like to pass what I feel is some useful information on to others. First, stop at an auto parts store and pick up some of those small black plastic fasteners that you push in because you will need them. Purchase at least 10 of them. Second. jack up the car and remove the front wheel. That will give you much more access to this area and make this task a whole lot easier. Next, remove three screws. One is located on the outer fender well, one on the inner fender well, and one in the very front of the fender well. Then you need to remove the 4 black plastic fasteners. Two are located on the outer fender well and the other two are located at the very front of the fender well. By removing the screws, the fasteners, and the front tire, you can now fold the black plastic inner fender well back, I put it between two coils on a coil spring, and have total access to the area you are now working on.
