Exactly what are you expecting by "full service at dealer". I don't know of any such recommended scheduled service. Have a look in your Owners Manual, if you don't have one follow the link in my sig.
What I am sure they will do is hand you a sheet of paper recommending a bunch of stuff that GM DOES NOT RECOMMEND. Like the power steering fluid flush (there is none), transmission fluid flush (100,000 miles if it's a taxi), serpentine belt replacement, air filter replacement (whether they look at it or not), spark plugs (100,000 miles), cabin air filter (might actually need it if the previous owner didn't know there is one). They will not be "inspecting" anything but maybe the brakes. They use a "check off" sheet based on mileage recommended by the parts suppliers not by GM.
They fix things that you tell them are broken and find easy things to charge for. They will not check your hub/bearings, your lower control arm bushings etc.
