I have CGS ones for both. Muffler has great low sound and not to loud. The intake is probably the most popular one and about the cheapest.

Welcome! CGS exhaust and Airraid intake on my 06 2.2. More power and great sound. There are some options out there. Trifecta tune is popular as well. I have tried the Weapon R Dragon intake and it wasn't a pretty sight. the CGS intake is pretty popular. With the 2.2 going with a full exhaust without changing the exhaust manifold for a header won't net much, which is why i just went with the CGS axle back. If you have a 5 speed, some say the Airaid won't fit, but i never had a problem. If you are bucks up the GMPP intake is sweet. There are options as far as changing intake manifolds as well. there is a kit available to swap a 2.4 intake that offers a bit more power.
