Hello all ! I bought my very first HHR in louisville a few weeks ago knowing the full history on the wagon as it was my friend's car for personal and delivery use in his family's business. It is a 2008 LT1 with chrome pkg., power sunroof, no ABS nor stabiltitrak which were options apparently after doing some research. Great condition and have all receipts from zero miles to the current mileage of 163k. Bought it on a whim for $3300.00 and from doing research on it from NADA, Edmunds, and Kelly blue books... it pretty much avgs. out to be worth $4900.00 and yes with all that mileage. Thought I got a good deal but now worrying about the mileage on it. Never ever has it had one problem other than it currently needing front struts and I think a sepentine belt since it has never been changed nor the original battery. Any of you HHR owners think I should keep it or flip it ??? Drives nice - no leaks and looks nice and I know of the typical issues people say they have ... but I am hearing the 2.2 Ecotec and drivetrain are good ! ! SHOULD I KEEP IT OR NOT ? I appreciate any feedback - thanks !

 

Welcome to the site sounds like you got a good deal there. As long as it has been maintained well the miles would not concern me much.

It's a high mileage vehicle so things do ware out but your into it fairly cheep so you can put some repairs into it and still be ahead of the game.
