New HHR owner from NY!

Greetings!

I just recently purchased a 2007 HHR LT at a great price. I bought it mainly because both my wife and I are having issues with our knees, and getting in/out of our 98 Monte Carlo Z34 was getting to be problematic. She recently mentioned about the HHR I rented back in 2009,so I did some research, and found one in NJ. We went and looked at it,she liked it and I had it towed by flatbed to my home the next day.
Besides being able to get in/out of the car easier now,the other plusses:the kids have their own doors to get in/out of,the extra cup holders (the Monte had ONE) and cargo space.

The HHR is black, with black/gray interior. The car also has a factory sunroof,Pioneer AM/FM/CD touchscreen system with GPS navigation, compass mirror with LED lighting, factory fog lights.

It is missing the remote key fobs (ordered a new pair),the cargo net, right rear seat belt buckle (found one at the boneyard) and the plastic cargo shelf (found at the same boneyard) and the front dash storage box is missing the button, and the front plate holder.

I'm no stranger to forums (my username is the same on the Impala SS forum and Monte Carlo forum),so I know the drill. Hope to learn more from here and whatever repairs/mods that can be done. Pics coming shortly!

Rock on!

Other new guy!

Hi, Your car looks good and I'm sure we'll make a few changes, we all do. We make cars an extension of our personalities. That's have the fun, then we drive them. The forum will provide the knowledge I don't have on the HHR, knowledge and experience are priceless! Enjoy the car
