Noob Lookin a Panel in NC!

What up everyone. New to the HHR scene and lookin at a couple Panels in the area to make a small family/ bad a$$ ride out of. Not very common I see something on the Dealer lot I like. Fell in love with a 09' Blk/Blk Panel in Wake Forest, test drove it, shocked at power and ride quality so now I'm looking for one. I know some here might say why look further? cause that 09 had a heavy 20K sticker on it and I just brought home a baby boy (01-27-09) so yea. I guess without further adieu thanks for reading as hop to reply back to this soon with good HHR Panel news and pics. THANX _Jon

You'll be VERY happy if you decide to purchase an HHR, especially a panel.

Have you looked at buying a used one? I know a used panel would be kinda hard to find, but the price would be much cheaper. The way the economy is right now, used car values have plummeted!

Good luck with finding the perfect one! You don't want to settle for something. It's YOUR car, and you want it to be the one YOU want!:D

if you have a baby and looking to make it a family ride, i am guessing your're going to be adding the seats in the back? Otherwise it would be hard to carry a baby with you

True... You may want to consider getting one with the rear quarter panel option.... What's the code name for that again?

That one has 4 doors with a back seat, but it doesn't have the far back windows on the sides. It's like a half panel.

Yea i'm deff looking to add the back bench. At first I was looking to maybe add two front seats to the rear seat area however it would take more time and money due to fabrication however small. Prolly gonna try and pick up a decent panel somewhere local if at all poss. I'm being kinda specific as far as color (Ex. and Int.) and i feel kinda like a ***** about it but its the first car I feel like it will be worth it since its the first car ill have to make payments on. The Half panels are okay but the full panel is the reason I stopped at the dealership in the first place, so thats what I'm lookin. Thanks for all your comments and the heads up for looking. This site is really pretty awesome and I have learned alot about HHRs in about a week!

i was not real happy with the dealer in durham. you may want to look around at all the different dealers we have. we have lots of small town dealers to try. is sir walter still open??? i think i seen some hhrs at the pittsboro and henderson lots , hillsboro , cary. i got mine from a private owner. i feel lucky about it having all options.
