I posted a few things here trying to learn about the SS.

Well, I bought an 08 SS yesterday!
its got rather high mileage (127000) but this was the best one I could find within a reasonable distance from where I live.
It’s a black/black automatic.
I thought of a 5 speed, but this will be my daily driver, I decided to get me an auto....

I’m very impressed with its power the way it is. (All stock) So I’ll be leaving it alone and just enjoy the car, at least for awhile.
I’m moreimpressed with the mpg I get with this much power.

Because it still is a 10 years old car, I’d be more focused on keeping it maintained correctly to keep her running well.

Im sure There will be many questions along the way.
But being a member here gives me peace of mind to keep her in good shape. 👍

It’s been only a little over a week.
I already met another member locally and I’ve been LOVING this new-to-me sleeper!

The member I met has a 2010 manual with intake, exhaust and tune. He let me drive his SS yesterday and it was a night n day difference from my bone stock automatic SS.

My intention was to have a fun daily driver and leave it alone (I have a tendency to start modifying any vehicles I’ve owned... lol)
but I already am wanting to core the second cat in the stock DP and get a tune....

A bug in my Head has been woken up!!
Crap!!!! Lol
