10 Most Reliable Cars (MSN Money)
For those that may be interested......
http://articles.moneycentral.msn.com...se-to-die.aspx I did find it kind of interesting and not what I expected. A guess it would really come down to what exact criteria was used to evaluate. |
The real surprise is that there is a BMW that is considered reliable. Imagine, BMW & reliable in the same sentence. :roflol:

Not surprised to see the old GM A bodies on the list, can't kill those cars. It seemed that back in the 90's everybody over a certain age had a white Cutlass Ciera with the wire wheel hubcaps. We still have one here at the condo complex, original owner, still driving, and she'll be one hundred next spring.

Not surprized that MSN's website crashes IE9 beta.

I had an 83 Pontiac 6000 LE and it was one of my poorer choices. It was a leaker. Transmission, power steering, oil etc. It was a two door that looked sharp but I traded in on an 87 Fiero GT and I still have the Fiero.

a Jeep Cherokee? I have seen hundreds of them that have the wonderful rear main leak and one of the most undependable transmissions in the world.
|
Can't kill a Honda Accord. They are bland and vanilla, but they won't die.
|
Honda Accords are like toasters, never seem to break and the most boring thing you use.

I had an old A body...
1991 Pontiac 6000 LE Here's me trading it in, cause I no longer drove far and she wasn't being driven much. 288,000 miles on her here. Still ran great and 24mpg http://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l3...9310391045.jpghttp://i99.photobucket.com/albums/l3...9310353925.jpg |
