You do know those are "targeted" ads? Mine says 2011, and one for my 2000 Mazda.

They've been trying to sell me stuff for my 'Vette for years, ever since I ordered a filter/regulator for my LS1 truck project.

They do that all the time, have extreme value closeouts. Rock auto rocks and the nay sayers dont know what the flock theyre talking about. Last year I bought name brand wiper blades for 6 vehicles I own, rockauto had a special, I got around $150 worth of blades for less than $40 and yeah that included shipping.
Ive bought alot of parts through them that would have cost more locally, even using a commercial account. It depends what it is and how much of it etc.
Amazon is another good source esp if youre Prime member, free shipping.

I have bought a lot of parts from Rock Auto.

Prices are low and shipping is reasonable.

I have returned a couple of parts and there was no problem.

As someone else said, their wiper prices are dirt cheap. I just bought rebranded Trico beam blades for $3.79 each. Even with shipping they were only about $5 each (I bought 6 so shipping was spread out over 6 pieces).

Even with their regular shipping I usually get the parts in 2-3 days.

Locally, the HHR Wagner Quiet-Stop brake pads are about $62. At Rock auto I bought them for about $32.

I just bought the timing chain kit (chain, 3 guides, and tensioner) by Cloyes from them for $77.

If you search the web for "Rock Auto discount code" and enter it into the "how did you hear about us" box on the shopping cart, you get an extra 5% off your whole order.

Plus they give you a neat business-card size magnet with a classic car picture on it with every order.

Steve
