We've been trying different wing recipies since that post Todd!

We're looking at probably serving 4 styles :) Hot, Mild, Asian, and something completely off the wall :) (and I am talking wings)
Did you mention wings again!! Damn! know I am hungry. Nice assortment, thinking about opening a wing restaurant? I am there Todd(Uma)

Todd, I'd love to do a restaurant, but it would have to be one of those places that are family style eating, limited, but ever-changing menu, cuz I get bored of the same stuff all the time.

Though some things that would be fairly often would be eggs benedict & biscuits and gravy for bfast :)

BBQ, lots of BBQ with skillet cornbread

and from there things would get interesting.

I'd never make a dime though, which would suck, because I hate restarants who keep using cheaper and cheaper ingredients to make a profit, till the food tastes like mush.

Yeah, me too! I find something I like and make it so often I get tired of it! With the exception of Wings & Baby back ribs! I have two weber charcoil cookers and a little gas grill. My first weber is over twenty years old, and of course it is black, and still as clean as my car LOL. And I cook on them two or three times a week in the summer. You need to share your skillet cornbread recipe with me! Todd(Uma)

If I did not know better I would think that you are making fun of me Angie LOL. Of course I do not wax my grill, the heat would make the wax yellow, and that would look terrible. Lmao! Todd (Uma)

Well the weekend wing tests were amazing. They will definatly be available for sampling come meet time. One of them is getting an Extra H in name as the recipie is called Hot Rod Wings, so, they'll have to be Heritage Hot Rod wings as far as my little tweaks to the original are concerned.

And ya have the spelling quite correct Todd.
