Now all you dirty minds keep your thoughts to yourselves, PLEASE! (yes that means you, CH...)

Go for it~ I've owned VW's since I was 14. Learned to drive in an old 65 beetle, then purchased a 72 super beetle, then had my 96 jetta for 10 years. If I had to buy another classic VW it would be a bus! If ya get a chance, check out a local "bug fest" - great fun!

you know, if you cut the entire center section out and weld it back together you can do wheelies with a VW bus...on the downside, a really hard brake action can also cause it to roll over nose first...Yes this from practical exerience...

Ok, I went to look at it again, And it's in pretty good condition for 1200 bucks. Things are lookin' good... It's a '75, W/ a Type 4 Engine, And I found a '73 for 400 bucks, For parts. Same color as the '75 too!
