I need help understanding Facebook

I signed up with Facebook to try and sell my 83 Monte. Somehow got on two forums that deal with G body cars but that's it. Don't know how to communicate or do anything else.

On the left side under your name is a link "Marketplace" when you click there you will an option for selling. I have never listed anything but I am sure once you are there it will walk you through how to list an item

Thanks CA but I get notifications also in my Email and don't know what to do with them.
And really don't know how to get back onto Facebook.
Yes I'm totally stupid with this. And I'm not kidding.
I'm a volunteer on a PGA tournament next year at Bethpage Black. They sent me an invite on Facebook but now what?

Hit the "+ Join Group" box under the picture of the trophy

Don't see that. I see on the drop down for more, report a group or create new group.

I looked and found I'm on Facebook and never logged off.
Here is the main page I guess.

Facebook is weird, the link you send automatically opens my Facebook page instead. It sounds like you have already joined the group. Now you can see anything posted there and will get notifications via e-mail that someone has posted something

Once logged into Facebook, click on HOME on the top tool bar, then,
on the LEFT side there hopefully will be a shortcut to " 2019 PGA Championship Volunteers".
Click on the shortcut to go to their page to read the stuff already posted.
Then to get back to your own FB page, just click that HOME in the top tool bar.
That will take you back to your home page, where any subsequent posts to the 2019 PGA page will show up automatically.

Hopefully that helps.

Oh, to LOGOFF, just click the little down arrow on the farrrr right of the blue tool bar, and select LOGOFF.

OK let's see if I can log off and then log in again.
If someone is willing to talk to me on a phone that might help a great deal.
I'm like other people that have no contacts to discuss these issues and need help.
I am better off listening and doing than following written online instructions.

OK logged off and on, I have done what to look for, I'm missing a big step. Very frustrating.
If I could know how to navigate this site it wouldn't be that hard to do.

Well I'm starting to get the hang of it.
Saw some things I didn't see before and found how to write and answer people.
Now I have to to learn how to post pictures of my car.
