Its a pretty common trait on vehicles with multi-link IRS setups like the Z-3, of course Corvairs and rear engined Beetles display the same thing with no tire wear issues.

I don't understand the whole "negative camber is cool" thing, but I guess it started in Japan.

 

Our mazda 3 has the tiniest bit of negative camber. No unusal tire wear. Handles great too.

 

When they roll do they wobble, or stay at that angle?

Very true..
I always got a kick outta seeing a VW bug after it was jacked up.. Rear wheels were extremely positive cambered, till it rode a bit & settled down..

I don't understand the whole 'neg camber is cool' either..

 

Or just remove the engine from a beetle, and "its tippy toes time". You always saw dune buggies with their rumps in the air until they fitted up some mags and 60 series tires to the back end.
