Trigger "paddel" shifters, disc brakes, adjustable suspension, re-enforced rim, run-flat tires, extra long cranks, 24 speed, and extended frame. The works, really.

Yeah I highly doubt you have the extended frame. It's a Specialized only thing.

All they are is regular tires with ultra thick sidewalls. They are called "puncture resistant" but I just call them run flats.
