Wow! What a nice surprise this morning! :)
You guys are too kind. I'm just trying my best here. You can't always please everyone - and sometimes things go wrong, but we do try to please!
I know what it's like to have to "wait" for parts, so we always try to get things shipped pronto around here. Hopefully that will never change.

I asked for speedy service last week, needed springs deilvered to FLA, by Friday, and Mike said no problem, with me inquiring on a Monday!!! Additional shipping was not charged, either.
Friday, I drove from Atlanta to my father's shop in FLA, and no UPS, oh-well, thought package was going to be there Monday (was not faulting Mike, yet),
10:00 pm, up the driveway comes a UPS truck and my SPRINGS!!!
Whoo-hooo, back in business. Mike did what he said and supports his products!!!

i ordered a billet stubby from mike on a sunday evening and it was at my doorstep by noon on tuesday, i was truly shocked, the only way the service could have possibly been better is if he had drove it out to me in Vegas.

Yep, we are seeing a legend in the making! Just think, you can tell your Grand Kids later that "you were there" when SoCal was just a small distributor, before Wal Mart bought him out for $10 billion! Seriously though, Mike takes the time to answer questions and supplies great info and reference material for all of us, which is invaluable. It's only going to get better. Ok, so when you hiring Mike? hahahaha!
