Sorry for all the Rants lately...
Excuse me for my rants lately, but some people have raised my ire to the economy as a whole. For all those that have lost their jobs, you have my sympathy and good lucks for finding more and sustainable employment. To those that are stiill hanging on to their jobs, I hope that your company is profitting and don't need cutbacks. To the retirees, I hope your investments are fruitful and your health is lifelong.
Everyone should be able to make a good living and supply for their family/families. In tough times, we should each support each other when difficult times arise. Why all the finger pointing has to occur is beyond me. Is it the bias of the media that has caused this... you know reports that are "trumped up" to make people get annoyed.
Everyone is trying to get out of this huge downturn as best they can. Some are having extremely difficult times and, yes, anger will result. Some don't want to see "bailouts"/loans with their tax money. Most are sick at the sight of friends/family losing their jobs. But the one thing that makes people strong is being able to overcome the hardships and find a way to get over the hump, whether it is from a family member or a close friend or just by yourself. The economy will get back to normal, when is anyone's answer. But sticking together in these hard times is the solution, trying to propagate is not.
If I have offended anyone, accept my apology. And let's get the countries goin' again...

Hey Cokebill, I figured your feeling down about things, it is hard not to in this economic environment!
Just remember that our countries have been through this before and WILL survive.
I am with you about the media, I only read the news when my blood pressure can take it, I no longer watch main stream media TV news, it's just not good for my blood pressure.

recession never was and is not now!!!
spend and it will come back to you , and us. the country we save may be our own. fear and hate are worse that cancer. there are plenty of jobs for people that want to work and eat. that is why there are so many people coming here from different borders. if they can get a job , so can anyone else. if they truly want 1. thank you for your post. i also have sympathy for most , and wish to offend no one. i love everyone , i just hate some of the things they do. and this is one of my cancers. now , spend that dusty $. if you must take a crappy job it is ok, probably less stress , you will live longer and happier. stress kills. managers have the shortest life expectancy. i'm makin less than i made over 15 years ago , because i truly wanted a job , and a less stressful 1.
