Thoughts on 2010 Equinox

Been seeing them on adds have not seen it at dealerships yet. Looks like a great crossover. It has a direct injection 2.5L ecotech with 186 hp with 22/32 mpg.

I've driven 3 of them and so far all I can say is sweet.

i was peeking at them last week at the dealership when i brought home my HHR... they're really nice looking! i like the body style much better than the original Equinox.

Very tempting, with that kind of mileage.

From what i have seen, I like alot... I wouldn't mine picking one up in a few years. Wonder what kinda mileage the 6 is going to get?

the 2.4 is the standard engine with a 6 speed trans. the optional V6 i think gets 26 mpg hiway. Base LS price is $23,000. so more expensive than the HHR. But I like the mpg and it being a little bit bigger that the HHR.

23k base for a SUV isn't that bad actually. We want to get another Pop-up Camper in a few year, this would be a nice DD when not pulling the Camper.

Gotta few years though mileage might improve down the road.
