When i worked for O'Reilly'sAuto Parts there was a Zone down the street and we'd occasionally get a new worker in that started there....they told us their philosophy was that you did not need to know anything about cars to sell parts....just give them what they want.or think they want and get the sale.......we took away alot of their customer base! BTW. best part store I have ever known...theres not too much they can't get their hands on!And its all based on the Mom and Pops store........
