'06 hhr leaking rear washer fluid internally; d/c'd drain tubing flooding floorboards
So my first question is in regards to the rear washer fluid dispenser. Yes, it is loose, and when applying fluid, leaks on the inside of the rear window. Any suggestions...? My second inquiry is about the tubing that is supposed to redirect any water that gets in the inside of the moon roof to the ground, *outside of the vehicle. My moon roof seal somehow doesn't work, and when it rains,it allows for the water to enter the car, and pool in the front on the floor!!! It's shorted out the cabin lamp, and increased the condensation on the windshield, requiring the defroster to be ran quite frequently. I'm worried it could become a more serious problem, such as shorting out the cars entire electrical system, or worse yet electrifying whomever is in the car, as there is electrical wiring running the entire length of the cars floorboards! I used flex seal on the moon roof and it keeps the water out, but l get horribly embarrassing looks from people. Could this be a safety concern for GM/Chevrolet? Have there been others with similar issues? What fix works best? And, can Chevy/GM be held responsible for the cost of repairs, from what I have expressed? Being able to get these fixed would really be a blessing. Any and all suggestions are welcome!!!! Thanks in advance!

Why would you think GM should be responsible for a 14 year old used and worn car ? I can't understand why folks think something should be warrantied "forever".
And why not just repair the leaking sunroof gasket and unclog those drain lines ?
Leaking washer lines. Same thing. Repair them. Parts wear out. After 14 years, rubber, plastic, gaskets etc. are known to sometimes fail.

Welcome to the site, search sunroof leaks , the plastic pieces deteriorate and aloe the glass panel to sink into the roof and they are adjustable.
the washer fluid lines can be replaced with a length of hose.

[QUOTE=donbrew;877723]FYI: 12 Volts DC is not going to electrocute any body. Every circuit is fused so fire is a long shot, especially if it is soaking wet.
