Change rear wiper

I looked quick but couldn't get the rear wiper blade off to put a new OEM blade on. Any suggestions or how to's would be appreciated!

Thanks, I got it.

WOW, what a *****. I got it tipped back but didn't want to force it off. After half cutting off the old one, I got it off and figured it out (off).
