Mechanic is full of it.
Could be any of the codes. Check fuse #64 under hood. Check the wires to the MAP sensor. Might have a bad EVAP vent valve.

He was to have installed a new bolt for the harmonic balancer, and torque it properly, the crankshaft pulley bolt should be initially torqued to 74 ft-lbsfollowed by an additional 125 degrees.

Uneven old bolt head ? Not even sure how that’s possible. But if the balancer wobbles, it’s really only 2 things it could be. A damaged balancer or a bent/damaged crank.

Your mechanic needs to go back to school or enroll for the first time.
