Hatch won't lock

My hatch won't lock. With the car off and the doors locked I can just open the hatch like normal. Anyone ever experience this? 07 panel

Is there a fuse in position #11 in the under hood fuse box? If there is remove it, problem solved.

Or, could just look in the Owner Manual or the diagram on the inside of the fuse box lid.
