HHR Shop Manual

Hey, back in-country. Downloaded the linked mauals, took a while on an old computrt but set it up to load at night and finally worked. Thanks for all the tips from what appear to be the sages.

My favorite is "remove brake drum, replace the brake shoes, re install brake drum, insure that brakes are adjusted properly". OK, that would work. if you already knew what you were doing, but, how do you adjust the brakes?, what is proper?, The damn drum won't come off? Why did the rim of the drum stay on, but he part were the lugs are came off? How do I get that part off?
