Jounce bumper

Thank you for all the useful information. Was a lurker but now I need some advice.

This part "25993737" Jounce bumper, does it come with the rubber or foam spacer? or is it just the top blue plastic? I have searched the forums and the closest I found was when someone put goldline springs and they had to reduce the bump stops to the goldline spring specs.

I am confused and gmpartsdirect does not specify what it brings. Have any of you bought this part?

Thank you in advance.

Moved to its own thread.

According to the parts diagrams it is one part.

Guess the OP is asking about the foam spacer shown below. The whiteish disc between the spring and jounce.
Not sure if that's included when you purchase the jounce bumper.

I believe they are sold as an assembly, all together

IIRC it is one part that gets separated by wear.

The other thing that's a little confusing is all the different descriptions of the Jounce Bumper.
Many posts refer to it as the Insulator or Isolator which sounds like it is a separate part without any reference to a Jounce function.

On top of that, I found a non GM part that was just a heavy rubber gasket for the HHR rear springs when I was researching lowering the rear only. It was of coarse priced below the cost on the factory Jounce Bumper and I can only assume you would place it as part of the existing damaged factory part to save money on the parts costs.

Yes, that's the one.

I got the blue top part which according to GM it is called the jounce bumper. I am going to take a risk and order one to see of is the whole assembly:
Blue top
The rubber at the end of the blue plastic (reddish ball on the above picture)

The insulators I think are for the bottom, which on my car it is fine.

Thank you all

There are two part codes for this.

One part code is Blue and it specifies it as Blue...and another one is specified as Black. I can take a picture tomorrow. What I need is the rubber bushing that comes out at the end. I got some ideas from this forum on what to do if I cannot find it.
