AC Delco's, bar none!! and I have tried several different brands over the last 10 years in my 03 Sunfire GT 2.2 and my 07 HHR 2.2. the AC Delco's are the best IMHO

AC DELCO Iridium at the standard heat range (unless you increased HP by about 100).

A little anti-seize or a smear of oil on the threads is a good idea, too.
Aluminum head, loong threaded part, may tend to bind up.
Cheers!

The General says no to the antiseize on the plugs.

Because Anti-seize encourages over tightening. The plugs are steel, the head is aluminum alloy. If you King Kong the plugs in you can easily pull the threads out of the head.
