My wife got stuck in her new beetle. My wonderful little HHR didn't even leave the garage! The tires worked great all day long at keeping the wheels off the garage floor.

I got up Friday to about nine inches and drove into work ahead of the snow plows...I wonder if I can bill the city and county for the plowing that I did with Sinister...I drove slower but rolled right in and enjoyed a nice quiet day since a majority of the employees at our facility were smarter than I was and stayed home...I hope all went well with everyone else...

As low as Sinister is, I'll bet you were plowing some snow Glad you made it OK.

Not to belabor the point, but what the heck is going on with our weather.

First we got 8-10 inches of snow. Then we had two days of white out fog conditions, then it rained for two days straight, and then today the weather has been REALLY confused. It was raining this morning, then sleeting, then big fat snow flakes, then rain, then freezing rain. Ugh.

How many people did you see go into the ditch today? Made a silly trip on the highway today and watched three different cars go into the ditch behind me Now I'm still young and dumb and probably drive to fast for conditions, but I have yet to put a car in the ditch. I just don't know how if your careful you can do it? And when will it finally warm up?

I saw two people off on my two mile trip home, one on a 25 MPH side street. Most people panic while sliding and hit their brakes, big mistake.

Believe it or not you can stop faster then you think on slick roads. If you pop it in neutral you stop pretty damn quick. In case you guys haven't figured it out yet, all of the idiots decide to go driving when it is crazy weather. I got the pleasure of working out in this crap all day! I saw four idiots in the ditch in a matter of about a half a mile. Obvious they were going way too fast. It is great to watch the NUTS in the four wheel drives that think it will go fast in any conditions. I drove by two of the idiots today that were in the ditch. By the way I was driving 65 on the interstate and 56 on the two lane.
