Pat, November was such a zoo here! Then when we can just relax, all snow-hell breaks loose! And trying to get some Christmas shopping done! And I'm too pooped to pop! Been thinking of all my great HHR bud's, that's for sure. I really wanted to have a holiday get together (which now, after the weather we had, I'm glad it didn't work out!). We can't make it to the hockey game And it looks like we are not going to be able to make it to the Winter Run either! Grandson's 2nd birthday party is going to be that day, and as much as I love my HHR and as much as I dearly love my HHR bud's~Logan is my #1!!! We'll be soo close~how late do you think everyone will be there? Oh well!

Just know you're all in my heart!

Spring Run is actually going to be in the Quad-Cities, WHICH does include Davenport, Iowa (The Quad-Cities is right where Interstate 80 crosses the Mississippi River from Illinois into Iowa! for those who do not know!) The new year is just around the corner so all calendars that I will need should be available and the planning can get underway in a big way! We're still looking at going to Cordova Dragway Park~Dinner/Dance cruise on a Mississippi riverboat~John Deere Commons! It will be hard to narrow things down.

Robin, it all sounds great to me...I will be able to shake off the winter anad start having fun again !!! We have recovered from the snow and from the ridiculous snow removal failures here in Peoria...I would have never believed that they would have done such a poor job !!! We have geared up my oldest son's hot rod project and I am doing some further design work on the remaining work on the Minister before gearing up to get back to work on it after the holidays...We may be putting together a get together at the house before the holidays, and dealing with family members rolling in and out for visits will keep things hopping...hahaha. Sounds like you and Bob do m anage to stay kinda' busy...lol. Take care and I will check out the sample you sent when I get home tonight...Pat

Scale, what ever happened to the magazine article (from the Peoria Run ).
We/I never got a copy if it was ever made available..
Speaking of Run ideas ( was I ? ), maybe we could have a Roadripper contest(static, non racing, I anticipated your challenge...) at the summer event.
They seem easy enough to find nowadays, heck I see them all the time, Mrs. B/B slaps my hand and makes me put them back, most of the time.
Just bought an Aldi brand, they have minor cosmetic blems.. but good enough to alter.

I have talked to Ken and provided a mailing address, it appears that our info was lost to them in a computer failure, but I havent heard anything since, so I will check with him again this morning...He did tell me that we were definitely part of issues #1...Pat
