Anyone in NEOH attending/entering the Crusin' Solon Commons '08?

This event gets bigger every year. I'm entering the Fancy Red Car. Heck, it's right across the street from work, so I see the banners everyday.

Here's an info link: http://www.rnrcsm.com/

I's the Aug 9th charity event. Grand prize is the one year use of a custom panel HHR!

Jeff, I'm trying to convince another member here ;) to go, if so, we'll see you there! We can have a "mini" meet :thumb: I'll send you a PM if we are going.

Unfortunately, now it seems like I won't be there. My boys want to attend a karate meet that day somwhere west of Columbus. There's an outside chance I could be back for the last couple hours, but who knows. I did sign up for a spot, heck it's only $10 and it includes the raffle ticket, and you don't have to be present to win. I'll see what happens in the next few days, I may pass on my spot to some other HHR, but not the HHR grand prize. Ha!

Well, Roy (an08HHR) and I are going, anyone else? There sure are alot of us HHR owners here in N.E. Ohio, lets have a mini meet & show how cool these little cars are with our own section in the show! :thumb:

I'm confused. The link says July 29th, but you're saying Aug 9th.

I can roll through!

Well, all car show spots are all sold, but Roy & I still plan on attending, just not having the HHRs in the "official" show. Depending on the layout of the parking area, we could still have them lined up together if we have more than TWO show up!

I got my pass right here, and depending on what the wife & kids insist of me tomorrow afternoon in Columbus, I may be able to squeeze in at the end. The pass says please arrive by 4.

That ain't gonna happen.
We'll see. Weather's supposed to be just right. :thumb:

Great Show Jeff (Jeffs396) and I were there as spectators for a short time (what seemed like minutes were a couple hrs maybe? time went too fast and my old brains cells lost track). Some of those cars brought back old memories. Thanks Jeff® for bringing this show to our attention.

After "exercising" the SS at 90+ up from Columbus, we pulled in at around 7:10, Too late to get the goody bag, or even get my ticket in the raffle, but that was OK. Got some pics in the gallary, and here is the Grand prize, a custom HHR for a year.

I got a bunch of video of many cars that were there. Some were Fuh-reeking awesome.
There were a pair of Caterhams in the back that I finally got to see in the flesh. Also, at a rest stop on I-271, I saw a Testarossa. <- no lie.

This is a bit of video I shot to show the size of the event.
