Hi from Louisville

Just wanted to stop in and say Hey. The wife and I just purchased a black on black leather HHR this weekend. We got a hell of a deal and couldnt be happier. Its a fully loaded 2.4L except for XM and side curtain bags. We got the chrome package which I didnt want (I like brushed look) but other than that I can dig it.

First order of business is some sort of mild lowering spring set up. Any suggestions for something good quality? It already has the sport suspension so it rides nice just want to get rid of the high butt look. Also some sort of intake or something as well. I like the looks of that Airrade set up. Any experience with that?

Take it ez

G

You can find most of what you want at our supporting vendors.

I'm riding on eibach lowering springs and love it. Not slammed but leveled out and took some of the height out.

The intakes are a few and really personal choice. I used the CGS, mainly for looks and a little performance. Of the other two, I'd go with the K&N since its an enclosed box.

Dory is riding on Gold Line springs (2nd generation). No complaints about the ride and gives a nice look as well.

WELCOME GLS MAVERICK!

You're gonna love your HHR! I have had mine for over a year and a half, and it rides well here in the Kentuckiana area. I was pleased with how it handles on the both the snow and ice. My HHR is a 1LT 2.2 ,but it books pretty well on 1-65 and 1-64.
