2 more days!!!!

 

1 day. kinda sad I wont be there. But I gotta save money for hillsdale and I will spend some time tomorrow putting my stripes on

 

Just got home a little big ago. Had to take a shower to get rid of all the grime/rubber that we wore Had alot of fun. Some pics later. BTW, Chris got one of the passed out guy

 

Got home about 7:40, unpacked my car and then hit the shower. Had a good time!!

 

Got home around 8:20. Not bad of a drive at all. I checked gas mileage in my mom's car...something doesn't seem right...

Going to Hillsdale I got 28.13. That sounds about right.

I filled up, then driving around and to the track, I drove 63.7 miles, and got 31.8mpg. Surprising with the traffic, but country roads at 60, maybe.

Then going home, I got 42.7mpgs? I checked everything... I only used 1/8th of a tank...

Nice pic's. Looks like you guys had pretty good seats between 3 & 4. Glad the weather held off for the race.

I'll bet he wasn't the only one..... Know that turn well, in your second pic on the right hand edge where the tall grandstand ends there is a gap before the lower grandstand begins. Straight in from that gap in the infield, second row from the track is where the buss was parked for every June & August race (still is but son doesn't own it anymore) for over 25 years.

Seen more races from top of that buss than I can remember.
