Yeah, it'll bolt right up, that's what I have on my SC'd 2.2L . Although it will install, not sure if you're gonna like it. The 3" collector is a little much, even with mine being supercharged. The header and 3" pipes are insanely loud. I bought a Vibrant Exhaust 2.5" header back setup, hopefully that'll quiet it down a bit.

any other suggestions on a header? trying to get this as non-restrictive as i can lol

My bad, I'm gonna run a Vibrant Exhaust header with 2.5" collector, down pipe, and cat back. 2.5" should flow plenty unless you're planning on runnin crazy boost.

Either one will fit the HHR.

Save yourself some cash, used Header and downpipes come up for sale on the cobalt forums. ;)

Bought my Bad-Mab Header for $40.00 and the seller was local to me. We even met half way, so I only had to drive 30 minutes to get it.

I gave it a quick resurfacing to prevent any leaks.

And since my Panel is an Automatic I bought my ZZP downpipe New 3.0-2.5 exit for automatics. Added bung for wideband gauge.

Stock exhaust except added a Thrush muffler, not loud at all really. I was Hoping it would be Louder actually with the Header/downpipe added.

Lunchbox, are you Sure your exhaust is not leaking anywhere?

If your thinking on Supercharging, you will Want it a little restrictive, I believe.

Turbo you want no restrictions.
