So my graphics shop is only going to charge me $50 to lay the flat black vynal over the rear lower bumper quarter like on the new Cobalt SS he says i wont be able to tell if its vynal or painted when he's done, i trust him and at the same time he is going to re-pinstripe the hhr. He use to be my boss years ago at styleline a co. that does professional stripping for dealerships and is an artist w/pinstripes total time 5 minutes maybe.
