Driving light install?

Can aftermarket driving lights be wired in to your regular on/off switch? I would like them to turn on when I apply the parking lights? IS this possible? I dont have any fog lights right now so this will be a fresh install..Thanks for any info..

Should be a pretty straight forward install, wiring is the only issue.

you can tap into the headlight wire (positive) and connect the driving light wire (positive) to it. This setup will turn your driving lights on when you turn the head lights on. Both should be running 15A fuses. If you want to be able to turn on your driving lights when the parking lights are on, you might be able to tap into one of the positive wires for the parking lights up front but the driving lights might draw too much juice. The parking lights only use a 10A fuse. You can replace the parking light fuse with a 15A, but do this at your own risk as that might cause electrical issues later on.

Thanks for the info I just had them installed independently with there own switch. I had the installer hook it up so when I turn off the car the lights go off too so I dont forget and kill the battery.

That's exactly how I have mine installed.
