What type of headlights are those ?

Can i do it myself ? or just buy new in shop ?

Totally custom projector retrofit.

i have alll the tools i need for that. only thin i have to get the info if thats legal in Poland, if it is im on it, im wondering about angel eyes on the round parts of the lamp and black background of the lamp, i dont want to smoke the lamps
