How do I install in-channel Vent Visors?
I got a set and I only have fuzzy stuff lining my window tracks, nothing to attach the 3M tape to. I can't figure out how to install them. Does anyone have a video? Everyone says it is simple. I can't find any separation between the fuzzy stuff and the window tracks. Any help? Thanks

I put a set like that on my 2008 HHR in 2008, just allowed the sticky to stick to whatever it contacted up in the channel, had to make sure it was seated in the right place and aligned and one in the right position roll up the window to hold it in place.
My brand was EGR. The fronts were a pain to get in but carefully bent they fit, same process once in the track properly, windows up to seat them .
That's what my directions said.. EGR Tapeless Window Visors Review Video | etrailer.com

I finally found some info for installing these in-channel vent visors on my 2008 LT. Apparently you must use a scotchbrite pad to remove the felt (fuzzy stuff) from inside of the window channel where the visors will attach. I really hate to do this. I will always have to have in-channel visors if I do, since this will probably cause wind noise if they are ever removed.
Almost all the instructions, including the ones that came with my visors basically say the same thing...Clean, peel, and stick, and nothing about the felt lining in the window tracks. Maybe this info will help others.
Thanks everyone!

As a heads up for any future users of inchannels ....
Please be aware that grit and debris on the glass will go up inside the space between the visor get stuck in the plastic and grind into your glass . I'll post pics later
