Nobody has mentioned that raising the body will do nothing to keep the tires away from the strut.

The ONLY option is to get the correct size tire. Well, I guess you could find struts that are longer with the correct bolt holes.

Ok but, so that the table says when im finished ill send the photos. If my garage is right it will look awsome if not they give me cashback for the tires

You just can't change the distance between the axle and the lower spring perch. (that is a period).

You can raise and lower the body a bit, but that is between the spring perch and the strut tower.

challange accepted. btw You can move the wheel by using for example this this is an example image not for hhr, in Poland this is legal i dont know if it is in US/CAN

Yes you can. BUT, if you use those 18 inch tires that are too tall they will most likely rub on the fenders.

thats why i want to lift the car by 3cm so on larger cargo the car woulnd rub on the fenders

Wheel spacers like that can cause a whole new set or problems.

It will be cheaper in the long run just to get the right size tires.

this is just the project if it will not work, i will buy new tiers... but for now i want it to look like a big bad road tank, it has to be massive, just like US is... as the old saying goes "if they will not fear You they will lought at You"
