license plate led socket wrong way?
 

i just installed leds in my license plate housing but one is the wrong way. does anyone know if this can be fixed? it looks like i can take off the hatch handle area and turn it maybe what do you guys think?

also i know this is an interior question but i replaced the dome light with leds but cant figure out how to take off the manual push button ones.

Once you put the lens back on it does not matter.

Yes is does matter. The light from an LED is directional so you'd be able to visually see the difference between the two if that sort of thing bothers you.

Does matter! It gives off like no light when faced the wrong way.
Any ideas on fixing it?
And how to get the interior push button lights out?

To me it just looks like the one light was screwed in the wrong direction. Maybe try twisting it in the opposite way ?
Just basing this on what appears to be some alignment marks on each side of the socket hole. In the 1st photo, the socket doesn't line up like the 2nd photo.

The map light bulb. Push the tab down while pulling the bulb's metal loop over it.

For the map light I already changed it, I'm talking about the push button lights I can't get the plastic covers off???

They pop out the same way as the large lens. Hope this helps.

I tried, I don't want to break anything, does anyone have a picture of the push button lights off?

Just a tab on the lens.
