A freshen-up grille, bright chrome to match my door handles from Hellshotrod and rear beauty bar from Bob.

Lower Grille

Neat stuff. I guess I am just old; I really do not mind my standard 2LT bright grille. What I would like is a lower grille to match. (big bright bars). Any out there?

There are lower grille inserts but mostly chrome mesh not bars like the upper grille
liking what you like has nothing to do with age, just what you like.
Mine is in tribute to my elders who hot rodded before me.
In this case my father’s uncle who had a spiffy 1938 Oldsmobile in dark blue with red rims and pinstripes and he painted the grille insert red to match.
My mother had a 34 Ford 3 window coupe, my uncle painted the rimscsnd grille red, her car was Dove grey.
I’ve only seen black and white photos of these cars so I had to use my imagination to see them in my mind in colour.

Back when I started on the forum one of the California members had cut up a stock grill and fit it to the bottom opening...
