Splash Guard / Mud Guards
I wanted splash guards to try to keep a little bit of dirt off the sides of the car but I really just kind of like how they look on some cars. The part numbers for the OEM ones are 12499526 front, 12499527 rear, 12499528 set. I was fortunate enough to find front ones online and they fit great without any modification but they are very rare and I haven't been able to find a pair of good rear ones. I decided to look for a substitute that was a little more better-fitting than the generic flat ones and I found these on eBay. They were reasonably priced, can be bought as a set or in pairs and with a little modification they fit reasonably well:

Very nice alternative to the unfortunately obsolete OEM splash guards.

Do you have some OEM splash guards for 2006 HHR? I'm in need of a set for the front fenders. Thanks Ron Funk |

I’m not at liberty to discuss it. He apparently has a FB ad for his collection of parts . He also has an EBay store.
