ss front bumper

Does anyone have a list of the parts needed to install ss front bumper on standard hhr? I know the grill is one piece. A friend is giving my his old bumperwife hit a cement parking lot barrier. Not a bad fix but he had a new one installed. Want to see if it is worth the effort.
