Auto Dimming Rear View mirrors

I been looking for one with map lighs and a compass. I think one with a Thermometer is redundant casue the DIC has one. Here are some links to mirrors:

http://www.nextag.com/auto-compass-mirror/search-html
http://www.pickupspecialties.com/compassmirror.htm

But i think i am going with this one form Summit Racing (of all places)

I assume it will hook right up the the power that is already there for the stock mirror, or i will have to splice into the wires. Either way it has to be cheaper than OEM??

the only issue i see with any of these is how do you wire it up to have the lights come on withthe door switch (ie dome lights) and also have 12V supply to turn on the map lights while driving?

Also look here I bought this one and just unplug my mirror and plug this one in and it work the lights come on when you open the doors and the mirror dims at night.
