Center console

Has anyone here pulled out their center console? I could get most of it off but can't figure out how to remove the window switch panel. I want to install a short shifter. Thanks, Dan

The window button beze is removed by first pulling out the little black insert in the tray area. Once thats out you should see two small slots. Push a flat head screwdriver in each slot and gently lift the bezel out.

Hmmmm, I already tried that and pulled pretty hard but was afraid something would break, I guess I'll go back at it again.

I followed this procedure with no problems, dan-d. That is how I got it out to paint it.
