Plastic Piece around airbag light on dash

This is the piece that says airbag in the middle has the panel dimmer switch and fog light button if applicable. Will it come out by itself? Thanks you guys and I Love My HHR.

No. The plastic of the "waterfall" (from the airvents to the rear wiper switch) is all one piece w/ the cut out for the radio.
