Heck I guess we could say almost all of New England given how you can be anywhere in a few hours....just looking for a rough idea in case we might be able to get a G2G one day...Seems somewhere in MA would be the best place...

Every car forum that I have ever been a part of always seems to have a real tough time getting the New England members onboard for a meet etc...I wonder what makes us different?

Anyways not proposing anything, just wondering who we have around

CT here, though as you know, I'm still a M******* at heart
When I was in Mass I had a pretty good time with the Corvair clubs, but fell out here in CT.
We do have cruise nights around here on Mondays at Ocean Beach and they are fun. Over 200 cars each time lately.
I always feel alone in my car quests here in CT even with the cruises. Dunno why.......

I even remember finding car folks when I lived in Dublin NH , but they had little communication with the folks in Keene or Greenfield that I knew. Car people seem a bit tribal here in NE

There were a few others. I met EasyRAy at a car show once and He's from CT.
One in RI sold his but I know I've seen a few more in the forum.

I'm gonna start putting some chevy hhr.net cards on some of the HHRs I see. It can't hurt, I mean what's not to like here, this forum is great!
Oh, except the lack of us New Englanders!

Dublin Lake is a fun dive if you are into that sort of stuff. Spring fed and clear for the most part. The last time I went in there I came back from Gunstock after seeing Tom Rush. That was in maybe '82. I need to revisit.
I used to live on top- of Crotched Mountain and work at the Rehabilitation center. I was never so poor or so happy.
Then and before I lived around in Antim, Peterborough, Jaffery, Troy, etc. I used to play guitar at the Folkway restaurant near Vales St in Peterborough. I was driving my 1975 Buick Park Avenue, 1965 Corvair, a 1967 Cutlass coupe and a '73Satellite Sebring during those times. Nice to reflect on where one has been sometimes

I am12 miles east of Worcester, 25 miles west of Boston. I sometimes go to Riley's in Framingham on Saturdays to check out local classic rides. Other than that the only car related fun I have is going to the Nationals in Worcester (this week) with my son. We see the burnouts downtown, then stroll Green Hill Park to check out rides and vendors.

I tried last year. It seems that we New Englanders are like most people think, stuffy and conservative. The only HHR owners I have managed to meet up with was Chris in his CREAM HHR, and Tom the deeerslayer (He was in the Worcester area, we had dinner together).

I know there are other HHR's in my area, I see them on the road all the time. Guess they don't like us very much.
