Wonderful wife gave me that day off on father's day!

My wife gave me a day off for father's day so I finally had a chance to work on some cosmetic mods I've been dying to do for while. I painted the black molding on the front bumper to match the body color. I also took out the "halo" interior light and installed EL wires to illuminate the window buttons. Another nice add-on was my orange pedals that glow in the dark! woohoo!

Looking very good.
It's always nice to get to work on the HHR.

Nice! Are those petals hard to install and did you get those at Pep Boys?

very nice

Nice mods. Did you tape-off the front or remove that piece?
The pedals are very cool - easy to do?

i purchased the pedals from jc whitney. Wiring for the pedals was not difficult to do (black/white for ground, black for positive). The black bumper molding was taped up, I was too lazy to remove it from the bumper.

How/where did you get the paint? I like those pedals That's works well when it's dark outside and you can't see your pedals

picked up the paint from www.paintscratch.com. I ordered the package deal (cleaner, primer, base and clear coat).

Hey PNOY,
your ride looks outstanding. I just purchased our HHR during the 4th of July 0% interest run. We really love it so far.

that windshield decal is almost identical to a tattoo i designed of my initials about 3 years ago. it's just upside down.
