HHR oin Power Tour 2011 at Indianapolis Speedway. There were just a few making the tour.

 

I'm thinking about doing it next year in the wifey's SS. Might have a few dress-up parts by then.

 

They announced that the 2012 tour will start in Detroit and end in Dallas/Ft.Worth but stops in between haven't yet been determined. I'll probably pass on 2012. They need a venue to have about 10 acres to park all the cars. It does get congested with all the cars.

Since the PT started in Cape Canaveral the first couple of days didn't cost me anything for lodging. Most motels have "free breakfasts" and unless you want to eat at fancy restaurants.

It was really hot in Florida, Georgia, Alabama and in Indianapolis. It cooled down considerable in Muskegon and Detroit.
