Imperial Blue/Golden Teal Metallic Photos

Was checking the dealer inventory and noticed they had both new colors showing on their site. So Henry and I hopped in the HHR and cruised up there to check them out. Took a bunch of photos which can be seen in my photobucket album, along with a white one with American Racing Casino rims like mine and Fuzion HRi 17" tires ($3195 additional ) Photobuck album is HERE.

Imperial Blue - looks nice...but I prefer the Daytona Blue.

Golden Teal Metallic - looks much better in person that it does in other photos I have seen. It's much more metallic looking than I expected. It would take some getting used to, but I don't think it's all that bad. Depending on the light shining on it, it appears to change colors looking at it from different angles. Couldn't believe it...it wasn't even locked either, so we were able to check it out inside too. Pictures of Henry inside and hood open are in photobucket ablum.

The blue looks nice compared to that "other" color, but it's too dark. They should have stuck with Daytona. That teal is soooooo ugly that the Sport Red Metallics have cornered it!

Talking Thanks For The Pics!!!

Thanks a lot for the pics! I have yet to see a Golden Teal in person, & I know everyone has differing opinions on the color, but from the looks of these pics this is the color my wife & I will get for HHR #2 in a year or so. We know we want another HHR, as we love our White one so much, and my wife is a big fan of the color green. I think the Golden Teal is a nice retro color for a beautiful retro vehichle like the HHR!
