Picture below username?
 

How do I get a picture to show up by my user name, I have seen most people have that. But I can't seem to find that option???

Are you talking about the avatar for the Premium Members ?

Ohh, yeah I guess so. Never-mind :)

You can add or edit your sig.
hover over your use name in the navbar
click "user CP"
click "edit Signature" in the left pane

I'm not much help from there, beyond "follow directions"
