Put some spacers on the wheels so they don't sit so far in.
|
I had 5% on my cobalt and miss it, but theirs no way im paying $700 to have my car completely tinted so I just got 20% on the fronts.

Looks good, i had double 5%(5% over 5%) on my Lincoln, I hate people lookin in my windows or staring in traffic, had to crack a window to see out the sides
|
Law is tough here in Atlanta area for dark tint...legal is 32 or 35% for your fronts which to me is dark enough. Dark tint just draws more attention from the cops IMO...

I did limo 3 rides ago, night time I was making a bend, couldn't see. Rolled the window down & a young kid was right there on the corner.. I could have run that kid over.. No more limo up front for me.. Just sayin'.. |
In Cali it wouldn't be on more than 1 week
Before a cop would pull me over and make me Pay to remove it. Been there done that...=( |

Is the front windshield tinted, or does it just look like it because of the lighting/filter?
I have 5% on everything behind the driver/passenger windows. Can be a bit troublesome if there's no light backing out of a tight spot, but normally no big deal. I'd go darker on the front driver/passenger but it wouldn't pass inspection and I really don't need any other cop magnets on my car. I really wish I could put a windshield tint visor on for rush hour drives home, but according to the tint shops I talked to, apparently Texas changed the laws recently and it wouldn't be worth the money for what I can legally do with that. Oh well... |
Mike can you get a better shot from the side of the wheel gap? I'm getting ready to have some springs custom made and I'm trying to figure out how much more I want to lower my wagon.
