If anyone wants half inch or 1" thick foam rubber gaskets, I make them in different colors. Allows for a big filter without crushing with the lid and increases the overall volume.

2005 has awesome success with a gutted cat, the back pressure helps with low end torque but suffers a little at the top. Catless has the opposite effect. More HP at the top with a little less torque....

Comp mode is useless without slicks. Try esc off and just watch the lead in your foot. With very limited bolt-ons, good technique, and low tire pressure you should easily shave a second off that....

The panel has five doors and four windows, the half panel or AA5 has six windows, the regular Hhr has 8 windows. As far as a three door, xxl's is the only one I know about and he did his custom.

You should also add some airlift bags. Some use them for towing, some for drag racing.
You can install in an hour. They raise the whole ass end about 2" & level nicely when towing. Inexpensive too....

The ecm has a learn down feature. You can add toys but will not reap the rewards until tuned. Gmtu will turn off the learn down, but to truly get the most out of your parts you need to tune for it....
